SOLO/PAIR SESSIONS

Solo sessions are for one-on-one training. They are personalized exactly the way you want them. From offense to defense, we will fine-tune your skills to prepare you for the new season, a tournament, or to simply keep you fresh on your mental and physical game.

Session rates start at $80/hour*

If you want to share a session with a friend you simple split the cost.

PLAYERS CLINICS

TEAM TRAINING TRAINING

Option 1 - is to have me come out to one of your practices to observe your coaching methods, assist with practice, and help improve your team where it's needed. I will discuss the strengths and weakness that I see and give you (as the coach) advice on how to run smoother and more efficient practices with fun! $10/player/hr (minimum of 10 players)
Option 2 - is to have me come out to your team practice and run it for you. We will talk ahead of time so that you can tell me what you need and I can prepare a practice plan personalized for your team. You and any assistant coaches will assist me throughout the practice so that you get a "hands-on" experience. This allows you to see another perspective on how to run practice, allows to observe your team from a difference eye, and gives you ideas on making practice fun and but hard working at the same time. $150/hr.*

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Small group sessions generally consist of 3-6 players. It's best to do 1.5 hours per session. Its good to choose what we will work on for each session so that we get the most out of each one. For example, we can do hitting for one session (which can include basic fundaments, bunting and/or slapping). For another session we can focus on throwing and catching mechanics, etc.

Session for 1.5 hours - $50/player
